How do I buy tickets? Who is your ticketing company?
Tickets can be purchased on
AXS.com or from our
Calendar page. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of any third-party ticketing platforms, so be sure to purchase your tickets directly from our ticketing partner - AXS. Our Box Office is currently open every show day, 30 mins before door times; and every Friday 12-6PM. Be sure to download the AXS app before you arrive at the venue for a seamless entry!

Do you have a box office? What are the hours? Do you have fees at the box office?
Yes, we do have a box office! It is located next to the main entrance of the venue facing the Dairies Courtyard. The Box Office is currently open every show day 30 minutes before Door Times, and every Friday 12-6PM. There is a $4.00 transaction fee per ticket. Our box office currently accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. Cash will not be accepted at this time. Parking in the deck is free for the first 30 minutes.
Additionally, you can purchase tickets to any Zero Mile Presents event at any one of our Box Offices including Terminal West, Variety Playhouse and the Georgia Theatre.

How do I transfer tickets?
Tickets can be transferred on AXS Mobile ID digital tickets. If the recipient has an AXS account, they will receive the tickets right away. Otherwise, they’ll need to create an AXS account to claim the tickets. And they’ll need the AXS app to use the tickets. Make sure the recipient accepts the transfer for the transfer to be complete.

Are tickets refundable? Can I resell my tickets for more?
All tickets sales are final. Refunds will only be offered in the case of a rescheduled or cancelled event. If you decide you no longer want to attend the show, you can resell your ticket conveniently on AXS.com or transfer directly to a friend via the AXS app. Reselling your ticket for more than face value is prohibited and scalping is frowned upon. If you are caught selling or buying tickets for more than face value, you will not be allowed to attend the event and your karma will be in dire jeopardy

My event has been rescheduled / postponed. What can I do?
If your event was rescheduled, your tickets will still be good for the new date. Simply arrive at the venue at the new date and time, and use your tickets to enter. You’ll receive the new event date by email, and you can also search for the event on AXS.com to see the latest info.

Age restrictions?
The Eastern is an all ages venue; however, some shows are 18+ or 21+ depending on the event. Please check the event info of the show you are interested in for more information.

How/when can I pick up will call?
Will call tickets are available for pick up on the night of the show at the venue box office 30 minutes before doors open.

Is the show really sold out? How can I get tickets, I need to go to this show!
Make a new friend that has an extra ticket! We do everything in our power to prevent scalping and do not tolerate reselling. Please note we cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased through third-party ticketing platforms, (StubHub, Vivid Seats, Seat Geek, Eventbrite, Razorgator, TicketsNow, etc.) so do so at your own risk.

How long between doors & show time?
Typically, there is an hour between doors and show time. Please check the specific event page to be sure.

Can I go to the rooftop if there’s not a show happening?
Our rooftop is currently open to our show patrons only and will open at Door Time on the day of each show. Keep an eye on our website for updates on our Rooftop hours and upcoming events

Can I go to the rooftop if I don’t have a ticket to the show?
Occasionally, we will offer Rooftop shows before events. Be sure to check out our website to see when these events are happening.

Is there special seating for those with disabilities?
The Eastern features full ADA compliance with elevator access on every level. Space will be reserved on the Lower Level and Mezzanine, but please send an email to hello@easternatl.com to request space be reserved for special situations. Our team members will be happy to assist you in any way possible. For seated shows, ADA tickets will be available for purchase on AXS.com.

Is there Accessible Parking?
There are two parking decks near the venue. The Dairies deck and a secondary deck that is located on Old Flat Shoals Rd. Rates and additional information on parking can be found at https://www.atlantadairies.com/contact

Is photography permitted?
Professional cameras, GoPros, and cameras with detachable lenses will not be allowed inside the venue. If you’d like to take pictures or video with these types of cameras, you must first get permission from the band or artist and have a photo/video pass.

How can I meet the band?
Some of our shows will offer a VIP meet and greet ticket, please check out the event information for the show you are interested in to see if there are meet and greet tickets available!

What is your weapons policy?
No weapons of any kind are permitted inside our facility (this includes any sort of pocket or utility knife), and we ask you please leave them at home. All guests are screened through metal detectors prior to entry and an Atlanta Police Officer will be on duty for all shows.

Can I smoke inside?
No, smoking is not allowed inside, but we have a designated smoking area on the rooftop. Please feel free to ask a team member for guidance to our Rooftop and be sure to grab a bite to eat while you’re there!

Any cool spots to hang out before/after the show?
Reynoldstown and Cabbagetown have a number of cool spots to hang out before/after a show including; Three Taverns Imaginarium, Muchacho, Grindhouse, The Dairies, The Beltline, La Semilla & more.

Any suggestions on where to stay if I’m traveling from out of town?
Cabbagetown has tons of cool airbnb properties available. The closest hotels will be in downtown & midtown.

We do not allow full-size backpacks. Only small bags and purses are allowed, and all bags are subject to search at entry. Please check out our

We do not currently have a coat check.

Do you have seating?
The majority of our shows are general admission, standing room only. However, some shows will offer ticketed seats. Please check out the details for your event on our website for show specifics. If you have an injury or health issue that makes it hard to stand, please give us a call and we'll take care of you. We want everyone to be able to enjoy their favorite band, no matter what!

The main elevator is located on the north side of the building next to the main entrance.

Is ADA parking available? If so, where are they located?
Yes, there is accessible parking on each level of the RT Dairies deck or in the secondary deck on Old Flat Shoals Rd. There is signage directing patrons to the entry. If you park in the latter, the easiest way to access the building is by using our ADA entrance which is located at the back of the building. What does an individual need to do if they need interpreter services?
To request a sign language interpreter, please email us at: hello@easternatl.com. We kindly ask that you submit your request at least two weeks prior to the concert date. This allows us adequate time to secure the services of a qualified interpreter. While we will do our best to accommodate late requests, advance notice is greatly appreciated.
